The variety of bread options allowed me to choose nearly any sandwich from the menu. Plus, the soup was gluten-free, and there were several options available for those with dietary restrictions, all clearly labeled at the counter. However, this place might not be suitable for those highly sensitive to cross-contamination, as all tray bakes are kept at the same counter. Nonetheless, they do use separate utensils and cutting boards in the kitchen.
