Tiger Chilly - Stockport

That was one of the worst curries I've ever experienced. Fortunately my prawn puri starter was edible, bland, but edible. My partner's lamb chop starter, however, was badly burned. The peas rice was greasy; fried in sunflower oil rather than ghee. I had the garlic chili masala which did not taste of garlic at all but was a morass of red food colouring and sugar. My partner's lamb acahari consisted simply of a basic curry base with a spoonful of mango pickle thrown in; no prep, just a mangle of unloved ingredients thrown together by someone with no love, and possibly knowledge,of Indian cuisine. And the poppadom. One single poppadom for two starters and two mains; if only we'd known that derision for custom heralded a derision for the food offered we'd have asked for a refund and still had time to nip to the chippy. Finally the nan, thick isn't a word for it; Warburton offer a lighter bread with more flavour to it The menu and the vast majority of the food have gone in the bin. Avoid!

I ordered a chicken tikka dopiaza and was disappointed to find that it contained more onion than chicken. The dish had large chunks of onion, which was not what I expected when I asked for a chicken tikka dopiaza. It was tasty, but I would have preferred more chicken in the dish.

This was my first time trying out this takeaway restaurant and I have to say, the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Shami kebabs and chicken Tikka starters. The Lamb Pasanda was lovely and the chicken tikka masala was quite nice. The popadums, chutneys, and pilau rice were all fresh and delicious. The man who served me was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely come here again. Also, the portions are huge!

The food at this restaurant is fresh and delicious, with generous portion sizes that provide great value for money. I will definitely be ordering from here again, especially with the fast delivery service they offer!

Faultless simple food at its best top noch service, the guys are incredibly helpful and down to earth, I have been going for years now and keep going back, also I have recommended to my friends,family neighbours everyone loves it.
