Despite bit being late in the day, the owner and his assistant were only too happy to cook me a fresh portion. Well worth the trip. Tucked down a backstreet in Heaton Moor this is well worth a detour. I'd rank it alongside Parkgate Chippy and that's my gold standard Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a fantastic find! I stopped by this restaurant while in the area for work and picked up dinner for my family. We were all very satisfied with the food - well cooked with generous portions. My partner even went so far as to say that the Chicken Mushroom pie was the best pie they have ever had. The service was excellent, earning a 5-star rating. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, also receiving a 5-star rating. I highly recommend trying the Fish and Chips with Peas, the Curry with Chips and Gravy. Overall, a delicious meal at an affordable price.
