Papa John's Pizza - Stockport

My sohn ordered last night several pizzas, and whether there was any panne between deliveroo and papa johns or not, the eating lasted hours to arrive. my son had to call the local two-g, who said they could see the command on deliveroo, but he had not come to them, so they would process him immediately. at least when it finally arrived, we could enjoy delicious, hot, delicious pizzas. wrong! They must have a spray gun to put the cheese on it was so thin. mine should be all that flesh." there were tiny sprinkles of spicy bark, and a few hearty chickens. the other pizzas have refined nothing better. they had asked for ananas for extra and got only a few tiny bits. I would like to give a balanced review and choose a few positive ones, but there were none. this is the first time they order from this place, and will be the last. Maybe these chains have strict limits for the amount of cheese and toppings, and survive because they are a great name, but we will definitely order from a local business next time. oh, and to cover everything, although my son had a Deliveroo discount, it was very expensive for what it was

I have delayed this because I have not seen anything else to leave a review. I had no good service first. but the way daniel (the manager of tje stockport filiale) made this a very positive experience was great. will defo revisit. Thank you. daniel orden

Thought I would give this a try for a first time as my young boy is fond of pizza and we normally make our own/order from a family run pizza house. I found the pizzas very expensive and the dough and topping very cheap mass...produced factory rubbish, I ended up throwing most of it in the bin.

Ordered a large amount of food this evening, only to be told it couldn’t be delivered due to them being “to busy” we were told we could pick the food up and when we agreed to that we were told to “be quick” we kindly...requested a refund as we didn’t expect to be spoken to by the staff in that way after paying for something. slight feeling we won’t get our refund, but we will see. definitely wouldn’t order from this store again, extremely rude staff.

I ordered pizza for the family BH .usually super pizza from here always on time delicious and piping hot. On this occassion it was barely warm and I sense perhaps out for delivery for sometime before we got it. Sadly we had to eat...it ..but did not enjoy it as you can imagine. We could not send it back and wait again for replacement re plans for the evening. I contacted customer services directly to give them a chance to recompense or apologise in a meaningful way. To date..All I have received is two email replies saying sorry in insincere jargon; noting about it being a franchise and repeating that we should have called the shop and sent it back so they could investigate ? There is no investigation required..I have told them the facts and given them a chance to put this right and keep my custom. The delivery staff are always lovely people and I am sure the team in the pizza house work really hard to ensure super pizza everytime . However; I feel hey have been let down by a the Poor customer service department response to my feedback and concerns that's our customer now for good. Such a shame.
