Chutney - Stockholms laen

Chutney is probably my favourite restaurant when it comes to having a casual dinner outside. I've returned back here more times than to any other place mostly because you get a nice interior with good food to an affordable price. It is definitely a place to sit down for a couple of hours to talk to friends, even though the place can get cramped it never seems to pass the limit where it becomes a problem with too much noise. By chosing from their daily dishes you can get away without spending a fortune. The options to chose from are not many but changes from time to time. To be honest a lot of them look more or less like the same thing, but all of them taste great. They also have an a la carte menu which I've never tried, as well as cakes and stuff. I really appreciate that they make the effort to be informative about allergens in the food like gluten or lactose.

Pretty good for lunch! I like the buffet approach; self serve salad, water and tea and some very nice bread. I had a 'Malaysian ' curry which I typically associate with peanuts or a little dry but this one was more of a general coconut milk curry. Some of the yam ? was undercooked but it was still a hearty meal that kept me filled up for the day. I really appreciated the additional chutney and sambal at the counter to give things more flavour. It didn 't blow me away but I 'd pop by for lunch if I 'm around the area again.

Amazing food. Even I, who is an avid omnivore, love the purely vegetarian food here. I tried both the Indian patties as well as the nasi goreng was so good! They have excellent bread, and a selection of water (flavoured with apple, pomegranate, cucumber and more as well as regular salad. Not to mention the desserts! (Didn't try them though. The premises are quaint, but slightly noisy. Sitting outside at the sidewalk tables in the sun at lunch time is an extra bonus. I truly recommend this place.

Fine vegetarian options. Salad, coffee and tee are included. If the weather is good, they can sit outside. prices seem average for stockholm

This far exceeded my expectations, eating was very tasty and ready to go, so we have time for a full meal. we even have seconds and they had an salatable. it is not a hot kitchen, but it was cheap, fast and good!
