Susherian - Stockholm

I love that there is always something new on the menu and they never know what they will get, but it's always delicious!

I would have thought that my favorite sushi experience was ever on the sushi plaza in tallinn (I did not visit japan), but susherian is up there if not a bit higher. everything is freshly made by a Chilean-sweden who really knows his things. do not let his numerous tattoos turn them off, he really seems to be a professional, polite, almost tenderer type. next to the free mistsuppe -yep, it is in the did vegan- they get every piece sushi (maki and nigiri) with another type of topping, whether it portobello mushroom, asparagus, thin cut carrots, and even vegan salmon! In addition, they will be accompanied by a kind of sauce, I think another piece per piece that simply takes the tasting experience to a completely new level. I have to admit, I'm not much of a sushi person, but with this kind of goodbye you can't really go wrong. cash is accepted (thank you) at least if they have the exact amount or not far from it. the only minor inconvenience, except the fact that susherian is not a vegan, would be that it is an operational person. are they ready to wait for a while when it is overcrowded. but they can be sure that they will eventually be satisfied. updated by previous review on 2021-01-25

The personal is not in possession. as at most places they have reduced price for lunch. but not for the vegan option. we have to pay 3 euro more for 2 less sushi pieces than the carnivores. the kerl behind the counter knew what kind of sushi was the vegan option and if he was asked if it contained tofu (fried tofu) he replied: "It can happen ́. but guess sometimes. no tofu only moschrom and paprika etc. not even avocado when the plate came! the meat opion came pfeif avocado pieces! douchebag space with a jan bag posture. - avoid here!

The restaurant can be tiny and not in the best location, but the vegan eating is incredible! I highly recommend it! also the waiter was super nice and took the time to present each sushi on our tellers. if they love to eat Japanese, they will love this place! updated by the previous review on 2021-09-24

This is a tiny place driven by a Japanese/Chilean couple serving sushi and bowls with a fusion spin. Everything can be made vegan and is simply delicious. Not to mention a feast for the eye! Very fresh and different ingredients, not just your usual avocado and tofu toppings!
