Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant is really nice and well maintained. the barman was friendly and helpful. I shared the steak tart, it was delicious and fresh I can see why it is a favorite. I also had the muddles that were very nice and tasty
Service was good, however quality of food did not live up to our expectations (Sunday brunch). The cleanness of the restrooms was either meant to reflect a Parisian train station or it wasn’t taken care of for a while. Would not recommend.
Staff incredibly friendly in a cozy bistro like restaurant. Food was above average and especially the mushrooms. Also sold wine in halfglasses, good on a weekday. Will be back
In the heart of beautiful Stockholm, when looking for a nice place to spend an evening, we came across Cafe Colette. few minutes after we got our table, after i had an opportunity to look around, you sense that this place as ambiance. something that you feel in the air. I talked to guy in my neighbor table and learned that most of the people are regular customers, many of them knowing each other. Journalists, media people, artists etc. And the food.... very very tasty with excellent friendly service. It very much reminded me of Parisian Cafe Charlot at La Mare.
We 've been patrons of Cafe Colette for quite some time and have always been met with warm and friendly service. However, our recent visit was a stark contrast to our previous experiences. Upon arriving at 8:35 pm on a Thursday evening, we were taken aback by our server 's comment that we were lucky the kitchen closes in 5 minutes. Considering our experiences in the past and the fact that we 're eating in a French bistro in a European capital city, such an early closure was a little unexpected. While our order was promptly taken and the food was satisfactory, the service left much to be desired and made us feel uncomfortable. Our server pointed out that we had finished the bottle of wine we shared, suggesting we order more but didn 't give us a menu. When we opted for a couple of negronis instead of dessert, we were informed that there was no liquor available. This was surprising and a bit disappointing as this has been no problem in the past, we just got the impression she wanted everyone out as quick as possible to finish her shift. The final straw was a comment made during payment about our late arrival. Such remarks felt unnecessary and out of place, especially given our history with the establishment. We understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was notably disappointing. We hope that Cafe Colette can return to the standard of service we 've come to expect and love.
