Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Worse zalad ever! Cheese and fried onions ghost! Big chunks of the core of the lettuce. Just a mess! When I called and asked to speak to the mgr before asking my son to take the salad back, I was put on perpetual hold and no one ever came to the phone. Waste of time and money. Poor food and service.

Never coming back to this Zaxbys again. We got here at 10:30 and it’s 10:55 and we still haven’t gotten our food. And there is no sense of urgency at all. The new Zaxbys off of Jonesboro road is a lot better, friendlier, cleaner and over all more efficient. I do not appreciate the lack of professionalism at all.

What’s the point of ordering ahead curbside and you still have to wait an additional 20 min! I checked in through the app and through email and still had to call to ask them how much longer I had to wait . Just horrible I would have gotten my order sooner in the drive thru !This is my feedback right here , don’t waste your time or mine with that same response you’ve given everyone else!

I just need them to make the food with integrity. Poor quality waited almost a hr for food and then a redo. No one followed order correctly. Food cold and I was questioned about paying for something that was on my ticket and paid for Did I mention this was yet another online order.This Zaxbys use to be great now it's bad real bad.
