Waffle House - Stockbridge

Worst Waffle home experience in a long time. Loud music blows. City ham was cold, stringy and tasted bad. Asked for sausage instead. No excuse from waitress. Had taken ham and tortured, then I saw her not ordering the sausage. The rest of the breakfast is getting cold, so I finally caught her and told her to forget the sausage. I never offered a refill of coffee. No ticket so I couldn't be sure I wasn't charged for the ham... but I don't think it was me. But the food was good.

This by far is the best managed waffle house in which I was ever, they all worked as a team from the waitress to the cook and even the manager at the service very satisfied with the service and the food. My wife and I travel a lot and have visited many different locations and we agreed that this is the best waffle house we have been in our travels and it will be hard to beat. After the worse treatment (or lack there) at 2 previous waffle house this morning. I came to this waffle house and experienced great customer service and general hospitality of Courtney and Jerry! They both seemed tired but went beyond and beyond for me and the other customers in the store. These are examples of the presentation and presentation of kindness and professionalism! Thank you for the great meal and restoration of my faith in not only wafer house customer service, but know that there are still great people in this world!

This was our favorite waffle house in the area. Recently they never answer the phone for togo orders that is not an important problem. You seem to be anger when someone comes to the door, and as soon as you open the door they scream, we're just doing to go orders!? Then, after someone literally walk out the door with food and into their car, the cook says that we have to wait at least 10 minutes until the grill heats up. Either that was a lie, just to make orders, or they just didn't want to deal with us. This Waffle House has been so bad on the hill in recent months. I don't know how they're still open.

Went in and sat down. Only one other lady there. The tables were nasty No one came over or said anything to us. I have been here before and it was great. Found another one and ate there it was great. Won't be back to this one on Eagles landing across from Kroger.
