Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Stockbridge

Advertised peanut butter drizzle on top they keep putting at bottom even after I walked in ask to drizzle on top standing there . I past this was how it was made staff seemed confused . Then gave lady $21 for a $11 meal she told me ok as she stood there text on phone had to wait 20min to get my $10 change. See picture only drizzle honey no peanut butter . What is the problem

I am extremely disappointed by the experience I had today. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a great company that I have supported for years but unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing anything from the Stockbridge GA Location.I ordered my lunch through the GrubHub app today for pickup. Upon arriving to the location, I asked if my order was available and the manager told me, This was already picked up. Maybe they picked up the wrong order but its gone now. I understand mistakes happen but I provided proof that the order was indeed mine from the app and the text message I received stating my order was for pickup NOT delivery.The manager went back and forth with me for so long that the customer in line behind me tried to explain it to her as well and she told him the same thing, Someone already picked it up. Finally one of the workers from the back looked at my app and offered to re-make my meal.I couldn 't help but feel that this entire interaction was racially motivated. The manager never asked once to check my ID or verify that the meal should have been picked up by me. I am again very disappointed with my experience today and really hope Tropical Smoothie Cafe chooses to implement some sort of action towards the management at this location as I see multiple negative comments about her in the reviews.

Stopped in to get a smoothie for myself my brother. This was my first time coming here was unaware that they only sold one size cups, which were large.Got myself a mango smoothie my brother the blueberry bliss.I just want to put out there that I don't like thick smoothies. That's why I don't go to Smoothie king. This place was a step up from Smoothie King. The smoothie was thick, but not super thick it tastes good. 7.5/10Service was fast, the place is kinda small though. I didn't stay to drink my smoothie. Don't know if I would be back!

The smoothies and food are awesome! Management is ok!The manager actually did my order when I came in for a chia banana boost smoothie with an all American wrap. I order this all the time at the tropical smoothie on spring street across from my job!!! I wanted to use my discount which comes on the bottom of the receipt after you complete a survey! You get any smoothie for $1.99 with the purchase of a wrap or sandwich. The manager said you can 't use that. We only like to use it for other wraps.Which are more expensive. I told him I order this all the time at the other store. He proceeded with more excuses. I guess after he saw the look on my face, he said ok just give me the receipt and applied my discount. So rude!!!!!! Management definitely needs to get better! I 'll just continue to go to the one in the city by my job! Smh

I frequent this place to get wraps and sometimes smoothies for me and my family. I live 25 minutes away and usually get take out. This is NOT the first, second, or third time that I got home to realize that my order was wrong. Every time I call to make them aware, it turns into a back and forth battle. Today I ordered 2 jerk chicken wraps with light jerk sauce and got no jerk sauce. I called and spoke to the manager, who was very defensive and argued back and forth with me saying there was jerk sauce in the wraps. I took pictures and offered to send the pictures to her, but she wanted me to drive 25 minutes back to bring the wrap back. She acted like I was trying to get a free meal. Disgusting and disappointing customer service. I will not be back to support this business.
