Applebee's Grill - Stockbridge

The only thing that was decent was the service! I'm not one of those people who only complain. I tip well, and I give credit where credit is due to yelp and express gratitude for value service. but my experience with the stockbridge, georgia situation tonight is completely unacceptable. I do my best to try to support the local economy in henry county, but this lack of value will not cut it. I spent over $60 for dinner for three, and the two of us who ordered bourbon st. steaks are nowhere near full, and we are not even ugly eater! the portions were very small and I only really wonder if we had received the same sizes steaks, we would have eaten in the restaurant. that is completely unacceptable.

Ok, the manager mariah is great! she was very professional and I saw her with all the problems that the server and host had helped. I would also like to say that I am proud that the employees work together as a team and support each other if necessary. people need to understand that we are quiet in a pandemic and most restaurants are short workers and do the best they can. I can't believe that the men's tantrums throw like little children even after they informed them. simply go to another restaurant that is not so busy. I waited 20 minutes for my order. I ordered the 4 cheese mac with honeypeat tender. it was goouod

Arrived at this applebee’s stockbridge and was told that the wait 45 minutes with on lo y 2 people in the waiting area. After waiting for an hour, I couldn't sit and they had no employees. they focused more on what little help they had on their 2Go orders. so many people came in and went. I was so disappointed. I drove 10 minutes on the road to free days and was sitting right away. make them better applebee’s of stockbridge!

June 6, 2022 11:09pm 2 guest.Picked up my friend from the airport it was late we wanted to go to O'Charlies but because of the hour in the night we went to Applebee's.Our wait time I'd say was around 10 mins or less but can I tell you can the host walk a little bit more slowly... sshheww!?My friend ordered the chicken w/ no mushrooms no onions...guess what she got, yes thats right...she had to send it back and ordered something else, her entree looked nothing like what's on the menu.Mean while I'm eating my burger while she waits for her 2nd order. I specifically requested extra onion fresh tomato and lettuce. My mistake for thinking I would get a clean full slice of onion no I got one ring from the slice of onion surprisedly disappointing! I watched this server write down our order I would think this order was communicated to the cook?How many restaurants use ice berg lettuce for burgers? Just plain cheap!While waiting and eating I witnessed say 7 ppl. walk out because they were waiting too long for the hostess to appear....can this guy walk any slower...bless his heart.Overall....not happy...how many restaurants can mess up a burger and a entree Folks!Lots of restaurants can screw up a burger! We would have gone to O'Charleys! Sorry no picture.

I gave 3 stars because the service was excellent. However, that's the only thing to brag about. The food was not good. I had Chicken Alfredo that was so watery it was like soup. I had to add a ton of black pepper and salt. The pasta was over cooked and mushy. The chicken was dry. How do you have dry chicken and soupy pasta? I don't even know I won't be eating here again. The prices are too high for the quality of food.
