Calistos Eldo Square (halaal)

Absolutely amazing experience at Calisto's Eldo Square. The service was really great, greeted with smiles by all the staff and Colby our waiter was really professional and accommodating! In terms of the food no complaints at all. Portions were generous, flavor was on point and I must say the seafood platter was spectacular (probably better than most seafood franchises around . Prawns were cooked well, including the fish and everything else. It was the first time I have tried this Calisto's as I have been to other branches before, I would rate this in the top 3. Keep it up team! :

They messed up my order and then served us cold food. The crab curry was tasteless and the lemon and herb sauce was more like cheese sauce .The panga fish was salty and chips undercooked. Chicken livers were alright too. One star for the service of the waitress

Today I visited the eldo Square branch, they have a beautiful shop. The staff weren't very helpful, they stood around chatting and not focusing on the customers and the food took forever to be cooked. I had the chicken and mushroom pasta, the pasta was well cooked unfortunately it lacked flavor and the sauce was just water. Highly disappointed in the quality of the pasta dish. We also ordered a full chicken which was was dry and a kg of the prawns which were over cooked.

The food was fantastic. Freshly prepared and very tasty. Pricing is excellent compared to the competition in the Portuguese chicken category. Service was also great with waiters and managers greeting and being very friendly. Well Done Callisto's! We will be back soon for the full chicken special!
