Subway - Stimson Crossing

Staff was so rude. Very bad customer service. They don’t know how to talk with customers . Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't waste your time here! I paid a pathetic $18dls for a large drink and a subway (piece of bread) with just a little bit of chicken. No veggies, no dressing, nothing but a robbed. Too bad there is no zero Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

I went to grab something to eat and I ordered a meal sandwich and drink and some cookies like usual and I'm familiar with the prices and not the first time I buy from Subway and the lady works there told me my total is 20.65$ I was like for what she said the food prices went up from last week I said alright I scanned the card and got my receipt after I ate just want to look at the receipt I saw 3.15$ tips I didn't even get the option on the screen for tips or anything just total amount I went back just to ask she said the manager not here and I don't know when he's back she was rude. It is not about 3$ tips it's about being rude and adding tips without the customers knowing that getting charged and the tips are obligated and telling it's the food prices which is a lie.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. POOR customer service. The food was fine. Young lady that was making my sandwich took off her glove to check her hand and proceeded to rub it with her gloved hand. When asked politely to change said glove she gave attitude and then refused to finish making the sandwich. When we got to the register she continued her attitude and argued about not touching her hands.

Never have I gone to a Subway and been told that I cannot put veggies on my sandwich. I had to get a manager to allow me to have veggies. Apparently you’re no longer allowed to eat fresh at this Subway. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
