Upnsmokin Bbq House - STEVENSVILLE

We dined at the Stevensville location and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent and the service was incredibly quick. We ordered the three-meat platter, which included beef, pulled pork, and sausage, accompanied by potato salad and macaroni salad. Everything was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend UpNSmokin BBQ House, and we definitely plan to return!

I really enjoy good barbecue, and I’ve been to Franklin’s in Austin, Texas, which was an amazing experience. So, I was looking forward to trying Up N Smokin’, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I smoke a lot of meat myself, so I know what good barbecue should taste like, and this felt more like meat from a slow cooker. The pulled pork lacked any smoke flavor and was mushy. They didn’t have brisket, but instead offered tri-tip, which I usually love; however, this one had no flavor at all. My wife said the chicken was decent. The mac and cheese was good, but the beans were just okay. The fried cheese curds were tasty, and the beer was enjoyable. The service was also good, which is why I’m giving it three stars. However, for the barbecue, I would only give it two stars.

Super Tasty. I know we would buy from here more often if they offered meat dinner platters to go for takeout! Hopefully they make that change.

This is the best restaurant I've ever visited! The service is outstanding, and the food is absolutely incredible.

The service was extremely lacking, the food quality was inconsistent, and their operating hours were unreliable. This was all happening even before the COVID pandemic. We attempted to support this restaurant over the past few years but have ultimately decided to stop. When you call to place a takeout order, you often reach the owner in Stevensville, which is two hours away. Currently, they are closed and citing COVID as the reason, but it's worth noting that most other restaurants in the area are doing well.
