El Pollo Loco - Stevenson Ranch

We went to El Pollo at the top of Lyons Ave and ordered by the ride thru. I asked for extra dressing for my Tostada salad and didn't get it. They barely put more in the containers. And there were tiny black bugs, maybe gnats, in our drinks. Great!

Food is awesome.but the service is bad. The young skinny guy gave the customers attitude.I?m a resident of Valencia .I used coupon today and paid cash.first gave me wrong change and didn?t apologize.but it?s ok.and I asked for spicy sauce which is I always get every time.but the young guy told me he doesn?t have it. Come on.I told him I?m 100% sure you have it .I just don?t want give to me! And the worst thing is when I get back home .no any sauce at all??that young skinny guy really shouldn?t take any service job

The line here is like McDonald's or in-n-out. The drive thru gets backed up, but it's worth it. Best Pollo Loco in the valley. Be aware of late in the day, they might run out of your fav item, but their stuff is always fresh made.

As far as the drive-thru they're pretty quick, the food's good, but the line. Wow. The drive-thru line is always 10 cars deep at least. Other than that place is great

What a great place to get food, I used to go almost every single day, I tried almost all of their dishes they were all good, I definitely recommend it to everyone but if u don't wanna be on long wait line better don't go at lunch time, it gets really crowded and there's not enough seats for all. Good and healthy food!! ?
