Mcdonald's - Sterling

My fiancé, father-in-law and I went to this restaurant last night. I ordered a sweet tea but was given unsweetened tea instead. I asked for a refund but after checking my bank account this morning, I realized I never received the refund. When I called the restaurant, they answered and hung up on me the first time. When I called again using my fiancé's phone, the same person answered and laughed at me when I told them about the missing refund.

Out of all the McDonald's I have visited, this particular location chose to charge me 27 cents for buffalo sauce. I was shocked, and I don't recommend paying for a sauce that should be included with your order.

I don't understand why there is a McDonald's inside Walmart when there is a much better one right across the street. The fries here are always slow to be made and never as crispy as I prefer. The staff is rude and the food tastes bland.

Manager looking staff, a Spanish old lady, was so mean. I asked for a spoon and she asked me to go Deli section of the Walmart to get it.

Manager here is so rude and useless. I was sitting at MacDonalds in overland drive and placed order. The app for some reason pick this MacDonalds which 10 miles away. I called to cancel order and manager hung up on me twice and then said come to location to cancel it. I asked her why she hung up on me twice and she said you were talking too fast for me.
