Ihop - Sterling

The service was terrible. The staff were rude and seemed untrained. The manager could use some training or should be replaced. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Got to the restaurant and waited 30 mins after letting them know I was there through the link they had texted. Called to let them know I was there and was told “let me check if your order is ready” …surely enough, it was, but I could tell it was cold when I grabbed it. I got home and to add to my disappointment, the food was in fact cold and pancakes crumbly. It seems they had the food ready for a while but no one to pay attention to the order. It’s not the first time we are made to wait at this location, it’s either extremely understaffed or disorganized. Whatever it is, it’s gonna take a lot for me to order here again.

Been here a few times. This time it was mid day, only a few others eating at tables. Waffle was cold, steak omelette was barely warm and the steak was very grisly and chewy. Even having low expectations being at IHOP, this meal was super disappointing. Enough so, that I’d be very shocked if we ever return. Service was friendly and good.

Had breakfast with my family. Got the Smokehouse Combo. The sausage was absolutely delicious and the eggs were mad exactly as I asked. Our server, Ingris, was kind and prompt. Nice to get service with a smile! The pancakes were a hit, as always. And believe it or not, the decaf coffee was delish! Ask for the vanilla creamer and make yourself a fake-me-out latte ??

Rubber chicken from the dinner meal. Mashed potatoes that tasted like nothing and dry. Broccoli was well cooked.Dietary restrictions: Order GF and they brought out non-GF.
