Cold Stone Creamery - Sterling Heights

The staff at this restaurant seems inexperienced. I placed a pickup order, but they only began preparing it after I arrived, making me wait over 20 minutes. I ordered a milkshake, but they didn't bother to mix it properly, leaving large chunks of ice unmixed in the middle. I paid for two items but only received one that was poorly made. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The best ice cream in the city, Greendertag, was my favorite this week. Next, I tried a fudge chocolate-flavored ice cream.

The quality of the food was good, but the staff, particularly the female employees, were incredibly rude. They need to learn how to communicate with customers! It’s disappointing to see that good money is wasted on poor service. Management should also receive training to improve this situation.

Ordered the chocolate devotion pint and got the peanut butter ice cream. I would not write a bad exam, with taking out the fact that I am allergic to nuts, peanuts and peanutter. they told me I have to tell the door bag for a refund door bag that only coldstone can give me a refund because they have my payment information. now they won't answer the phone.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my boyfriends bday. They really made it with love. I got vanilla ice cream, yellow cake with oreo, chocolate chip cookie dough, brownie and the fudge gnoche. Probabaly the best cake I've ever had in my life, my boyfriend says the same!! So yummy!
