Bangkok Cuisine (15 Mile Rd)

If you want to receive good tips, it's important to provide excellent service. Simply throwing food at customers and expecting high tips won't work. Tips should be earned through outstanding service and quality food, not demanded. I witnessed this first-hand when I was there with a friend. The restaurant used to be great, but it seems they've become greedy. Why would anyone just give away money? Most of us go there for a great dining experience, not just to give tips. I hope the management takes action to address these issues.

This is our favorite Thai restaurant. The food is consistently fresh and delicious.

I’m so disappointed! They used to have the BEST apple salad in Michigan! I hadn’t been there in around four years and made a special trip just to get my favorite. Now, the salad is more expensive (which I expected) but it's only half the size. There's not enough dressing, and there's significantly less chicken and coconut—you can hardly taste it. There must be new owners or chefs because I’ve never felt this let down by them before. It's really disheartening to see our old favorites decline like this!

I've been ordering from both locations Bangkok Cuisine for the past 14 years and I referred so many family friends and colleagues from work to go and try their good food. Well that stops today from now on I will never eat there. My Son said can wedine there instead of TO-GO. I asked for lunch and the waitress said no sorry Saturday and Sunday Dinner size only I was cool Iagreed knowing there is no way I could eat all that food.... Time to leave asked her for couple of boxes she brings me a tinybox I asked her for the plastic one they usually give it to go for the Bangkok chicken she came back with the wrong box againthen she finally brought the right box. As I'm placing my food in the box.A rude manager with the glasses came shouting we can'tgive you the plastic box it's only for TO-GO next time you dine in we won't give you that Box. So this lousy manager made a seenin front of other customers because of some cheap plastic box. ???? I will never give them my business again not to mentionthey screwed my orders many times before. I usually order fro this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food. Was in the mood for Pad Thai tonight, so order through Door Dash. Order was completed in a very timely manner. My only complaint is the noodles were over done. Though the taste wasgood, the noodles were mushy. Disappointing since I will reheat leftovers tomorrow.
