Jack In The Box - Stephenville

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with two cars in front of me. Finally got to the window for the lady at the window to stick her bare hand in my churros because there was a fry in them from the fryer and to get home to cold stale curly fries. I literally spent almost $50 and waited 30 minutes at Jack in the box when I would have been better off going to an actual restaurant for the same price and time with better service.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I tried this Jack-in-the-Box when I first moved here three years ago. It was absolutely horrible all the way around. Today, we heard there was new management so we decided to give it a try. After waiting 35 minutes in the drive-through, our order was wrong. I took back the sandwich and they made it again. As I was leaving, I checked on it, and it was still wrong. When I brought brought it back, the kid who was making it started laughing thinking it was super funny I had to return twice. Three of the other workers were standing around on their phones. The food was not edible. My children couldn’t even eat their chicken tenders because they were burnt. $50 in the trash! I now know never to go back.

Have gone twice to buy chicken and both times, it has been undercooked.

Bacon ultimate cheese burger was disappointing ? ? burger look like child size for 10. I think I'll stick to the taco

Wost service! Took more than 30 min to give me my order ? allot of youngsters just messing around instead of preparing orders on time since it is a fast food restaurant! Reason why I stopped here was because we don't have one in san angelo tx.
