Contribuiți la feedbackR165pp for a delicious Sunday buffet. Starters include salads, bread pate, pasta quiche. Mains were gammom, roast lamb (melt in the mouth soft), roast veg, roast potatoes, spinach feta, savoury rice butternut. Desserts were malva pudding custard, berry chesecake, sago pudding choc mousse cake. The a la carte menu is extensive, more than adequate well priced. Large kiddies menu, beers on tap and even slushies for kids. Fabulous family outing in tge vineyards!
We visited Eaglevlei with a group of friends on a very hot day. We ordered milkshakes to drink which were good.<br/ <br/ For mains I had the lamb shank. Usually lamb shanks are cooked in a red wine sauce. This one was however just roasted in spices. It was absolutely delicious though and fell off the bone easily. Also reasonably priced at R130. <br/ <br/ Wife had the rump which was good but a.bit cold. Jayda had the topless burger which looked really good and serious value for money at 79 rand. It's served with chips and salad.<br/ <br/ I have read a few bad reviews about Eaglevlei but I am very satisfied with the food. I'd give service 2.5/5. Food and pricing will ensure I return though. Have to try monster Friday.
Awesome experience... Always lovely to be hear.. Probably my fifth time and it was a pleasure to work with them to arrange a 60th lunch for 20 people... Will be returning and will be pleased to recommend
Mojo jam jar is a must. Food is great and chocolate cigars for dessert is even better. The vibe is fantastic and the staff is kind and friendly.
