Kavos Naxos - Stelida

Enjoyed 3 nights on idyllic Naxos. Extremely pleasant and helpful service staff. Beautiful rooms that seemed like separate cabins. Late in the season, but perfect weather and would stay again for sure. Location note only to indicate that it is not central to either the town or a beach. Though not to say it is inconvenient. Our family had a fantastic week at Kavos. Barbara was a fantastic host and helped us with car hire, restaurants, boat trips and much more. The restaurant and pool are highlights, particularly breakfast and sunset drinks overlooking Paros. We hope to return one day! Our stay at this hotel will be unforgettable for me and my family. Everything is perfect. Our suite, the surrounding area, the service from the staff. But the biggest surprise was the restaurant. Delicious, creative dishes, pure flavors, meticulous in every detail. Every time we had lunch we were thankful for everything. From fresh salads to sweets. The veal cheeks, shrimp pasta and meatballs were the tastiest we have ever eaten. Thank you very much and wait for us again at Easter. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Walkability: In 10-15 minutes you will reach the nearest beach, Ag. Prokopios, but not until the village of the same name. There is no bus stop, therefore to reach a town or rent a vehicle, or go by taxi. Fortunately it was not necessary to go out in the evening to dine, since there is a great one at the hotel. A wonderful and charming hotel. Magnificent views, lush garden, very comfortable and well equipped villa, the beach is totally accessible on foot but with young children I recommend a car because it is a bit uphill on the way back and it can be very hot in full sun (this also makes it easy to explore the island and go to town).
