Espresso House - Steinkjer

I had to wait 20 minutes to restore my order. the employees were clearly inadequate and there was no manager or superior who worked for ordering or facilitating. this is not good enough if weeks see a higher number of customers and if this particular day only happened that martinan. When I asked for a refund, the staff could not do either. when drinking my chocolate frappino it was very clear that there was no chocolate, but an egg and a milk milk muff! I sat down and noticed that the cleanliness of the place was not good, probably because the personal frit tried to be baristas. after that I noticed that one of the baristas had their children with her, who were allowed to be left unattended in and out of the personal areas. in this phase I decided that this was and went an absolute sweat of a caffeine. I hope my review will be taken seriously and improve the standards of caffeine as it would be a shame to make such a beautifully decorated room a waste. when my assessment is cancelled by the manager, I hope that people have enough healthy senses to read this and their use in a much more meritful area such as the nervik bakery or jordbærpikene.

Good coffee, cake and baked in beautiful surroundings. Too bad the coffee is too long. If they're here, they'll have to have a lot of time. if you have time, it's still waiting.

We came 4 together this Saturday and were going to eat and drink coffee. It was 10.25 and we were going to have focaccia with chicken, we were then told by her behind the counter that this was not done yet, I asked if it took a long time and fix this and got the answer: about 45 minutes or longer !!! ! Hello I say, espresso house has then been open for over 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday also we get this in response? This is true food they have on their menu. Not only that, we were back today on a Tuesday at 11.30 and thought we would try again to buy focaccia with chicken, but they were not done yet !!! Is it possible I say then, then they have been open for 2 1/2 hours? Here are obviously routines that do NOT work !!! Sharpen up!
