Contribuiți la feedbackWe decided last time we ordered from this Boston Pizza, that we wouldn 't order again, but my husband was given a gift certificate. This was take out. I ordered the Salmon Power Bowl. It really lacked any flavor, but what bothered me the most, was that I had to remove at least 8 large bones from the salmon. Salmon is my go to in most restaurants, and I have never had to worry about bones. I even found 2 in the quinoa. The salmon was cooked right though, and was good. My husband had the veg pizza, and said that it did not feel fresh at all. Crust was maybe over cooked, and toppings just did not look fresh. We 've never any issues eating at BP in Winnipeg, but this location in Steinbach is really lacking in the food department. The woman who took our order over the phone however was really very nice to deal with which was appreciated.
First it took at least 10 minutes just to get our drinks. Our meal took well over 30 minutes. We didn’t get cutlery for another 5+ minutes. Then they just gave us plastic cutlery. We never got our water. All in all the food was mediocre at best and the service was terrible.
My last two attempts with this Boston Pizza were negative experiences. First was last July 2020 when my husband and I went for supper in the lounge. The gal who served us was wearing her mask below her nose, instant turn off as she was almost face to face with us as she took our order. After our pizza arrived, not once did she come to ask if everything was ok, never came to refill our waters and my glass was sitting empty at the edge of the table hoping she would see. She was busy visiting with another employee. There were only three tables with customers, including us. Then we waited 25 minutes trying to get her attention to bring the bill. Finally my husband approached an employee who was walking by and asked hi to bring the bill. He was the manager so we told him of the lack of service. Now the next time I ordered three pizzas to be delivered. You can see in the picture of the ham and pineapple, that there was no meat on it. I also ordered a meat lovers and the tuscan, which is my favorite. These also had two inches with no toppings on them. This was such a disappointment and after paying around $100 and receiving pizzas with nothing on them, I am done with them! They should be ashamed that their chefs are sending food like this out to their customers.
The staff is friendly and the food is great. Very clean restaurant. Have a great kids menu as well!!
Compared to other Boston Pizzas, this one is never too full, and you can get in immediately almost every time. Food is consistently good. Prices are very competitive. Delivery is timely and well priced as well. Usually a positive experience.
