Soup Kharcho, one of best dishes in traditional Georgian cuisine, was terrible as one of main ingredients beef was undercooked, very hard not only to chew, but also hard to cut with knife. Also beef stew was similar, with meat hard even to cut with knife. I mentioned that to waiter, who said “ I will refer the message”. No one came out and ask about the issue. Food was excellent. And view when sitting outside is gorgeous. But when it came to service..staff was not hospitable at all, after waiting for 20min brought the wrong order and then she made us wait another half hour just to tell us the drink was not available.
