Stanca River Beach - Ştefăneşti

I would have given it 5 start, for a beach so near Iasi. But there is only a very very dirty toilet (a hole in the ground, really) and no shade unless you bring your own umbrella. The beach is clean, the water is clean (not cristal clear, but clean). You can buy food there (but the list is limited to 2 or 3 options), water and juice. No cigarettes. But it is a lovely place to take the kids out during the weekend. Big parking space on the top side of it. I would recommend slippers, as the beach has pebbles (some quite sharp). Once in the water there is sand. The beach also has sand (not a lot, but kids can use it to play). Have fun!

The nicest place in the nord of the contry to enjoy a cold beer amd some meat on the barbeqe, to swim and to relax on to the beach

The sea from North Romania ... Really nice place, it feels like you are actually at the sea, even if it 's not. Relaxing place, beautiful view, easy to find it.

Missing the stars for the lack of maintenance of the beach. Many rocks on the shore and near the entrance in the water. If you go a bit further, it's more sandy and pleasant to sit in the water, and it is not that deep. A good escape for the entire family. Note: a lot more can be done there if the municipality gets more involved.
