I haven 't ordered Papa John 's pizza in nearly 8 years and I should just go ahead and keep it that way. Pizza was absolutely tasteless, barely any sauce, the crust was barely manageable to chew. There 's no better ingredients in the pizzas made in this pizza chain as far as I 'm concerned. I ordered online and I chose the option to have my pizza brought out to my car, as I was expecting to get service and continue on my way to run a few more errands before heading home. I parked in the parking lot, notified on the app that I 'm here , cut on my hazard lights and waited. 10 minutes passed by, so I decided to go into the store and see what 's going on. I mentioned I was waiting for 10 minutes and the cashier just said yeah, but there 's a sign you have to drive up to , and pointed at this small sign that is perched in front of a brick pillar between the Chinese restaurant next door and the pizza shop itself. That sign is barely visible from the parking lot and regardless, they saw my vehicle in the parking lot and didn 't bother to walk out to where I had been waiting. Overall, Papa John 's still isn 't worth spending money on. You 'd get a better deal with buying a store bought pizza from Food Lion in that shopping center than what you 'd be getting from Papa John 's.

What size is a large supposed to be there? I ordered a large and it was made as ordered but only had 8 slices. Looked more like a medium. I thought a large had 10 to 12 slices? Cashier was terrible. Waited while he was placing stickers on empty boxes for minutes. Finally I spoke up he said wait. I said pizza getting cold. He said it’s on warming shelf.
