Good staff and good food. It's outside and hard to find with yelp but worth the search.

Hands down, the best food in Steamboat. Do yourself a favor and grab some of this delicious grub while you can. Lindsy is brilliant … truly a food genius. Go support this local hero. Bravo!

The Jambalaya was amazing and came out so quick. The lady running it was so nice!

I tried the red beans and rice, which was loaded with sausage and had just the right amount of heat. Better than most we tried in New Orleans! A side of cole slaw was well seasoned and was the perfect accompaniment to cool your palate after a few bites of beans and rice. Both delicious! During the short time I was there, it was clear that locals frequent Lindsy’s, always a good sign.

Great downtown location and Freshly food made daily.. my sister-in-law from Louisiana said it's one of the best.. thank you for making such great food!!
