Elevated - Steamboat Springs

We made a reservation through the open table and when we came to the restaurant it was closed. No one called us to say that the restaurant was not open

Casual place. More Apre Ski than Restaurant. Eat very well. Tried the Lobster Mac, Crabcake and Caesar Salat. All were very good. Friendly atmosphere. Had the smoked old fashion, which was also very good. Portion size was good. The best bet is to order and share a few dishes.

Had the lobster Mac n cheese, Risotto, lamb meatballs, wild game chili, crab cakes. Everything was so good. The hash under the crab cakes may have been the best thing

Elevated was amazing, and the owners are very hands on and fixated to making sure your experience is a perfect one! We really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back!

This restaurant still has a private club lounge vibe, even though it is open to the public. It's very comfortable, and it's easy to spend the whole evening here. The menu is still hit and miss chili is great, oysters and mac and cheese need work but the service is wonderful. Don't sleep on the game room.
