It is the most beautiful place to go, breakfast and visit with people you may not even know, but you get to know them because everyone is friendly and very good people
Every year they have created a great Easter hunt every year. And the dinners they serve are amazing. Full happy help and friendly atmosphere!
If it's Sunday, it's breakfast time. Head on down for pancakes, eggs and french toast with sausage. Always a good meal and lots of friendly local folks to talk to. I had a date with a 97 year old. She taught me things.....like how to make a proper pie crust. The money goes to a good cause and the people are wonderful. This is a must for Sunday morning. Afterwards take a nice drive along the Greenbelt and digest.
Scenic area on the Iowa River that serves breakfast every Sunday morning 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. from April thru October! Experience the charming atmosphere of locals and campers enjoying breakfast cooked and served by local volunteers. Great selection and great value!
