You lost a customer tonight because of the female working this evening. 02/08/24 Very unprofessional. I started to give her my order and she interrupted me and said i am fine thank you for asking. She started laughing with her co-worker rude!

I was served cold meat on my tacos! There is no way this place could pass a surprise inspection.

Honestly, this kiosk thing sucks. My boyfriend doesn't like using them. Fir a valid reason. But the employees are so rude about it. Please remember not everyone wants/able to use the kiosk. My husband and I ordered online (my app was down so its not their fault) when we went in and ordered our food. We sat down waiting for it to be ready and we could hear them bashing on what we ordered and how much we ordered. I'm pregnant so I wanted extra food but then does it matter why we ordered so much food? We didn't feel like we were welcomed, we will not be returning to this location again. Do better Tacobell.
