Wendy's - Staunton

My daughters and I stop per at Wendy's on our journey from MS to our homes in PA on Monday in VA. The food was delicious. It made me remember the old advertisements where everyone in the place would wipe after every bite. The service was wonderful and the Wendy's hamburger was delicious. The facility was very clean.

Rude ignorant people STAY AWAY!!!The person at the window and on the speaker is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.I have been thru here before and she was exactly the same. She has a broken hand and looks at customers in disgust as well as if we are imposing on her.I will not return to this location again. The parking lot has trash all over the ground including directly under the drive up window.DO BETTER!!!

Pulled up at 7:30pm with an online order already placed. They took 25 minutes to get the 5 cars in front of us and then when we got to the order menu they said they would be with us in a second, they then waited until 8:01pm (they close at 8pm) and then came back on and said that their computers are now off. I told them we had an online order placed and already paid for so something must be off. Not only did they take our money without giving us food, the manager through the mic was yelling over the employee to tell us that the computers were off and it can’t charge us. I then pulled around to show them they were lying to us as we had been charged and after fighting with us over it the manager then asked someone to bring up the order, which was somehow now working and asked us if it had meat in the order, which it did, so they couldn’t make our food and the real reason was they wanted to leave early so they lied to customers and refused multiple away so they could wrap up early and go home. The worst experience we have ever had at a fast food place. These employees are creating a bad customer experience and literally do not care as they told us to call corporate which we definitely will be doing.

I hate giving 1 star im not upset but whoever was working drive thru at 730 pm today was super rude and didnt take a meal off of our ticket (12 dollars of food...)its ok but like pls be nice im really REALLY bad with people and it just ruined my night completely.Edit: STILL ONE STAR. I have given this wendys chance after chance and it always disappoints. Why.

My chicken sandwich was raw, not pink, but raw! The fryer was too hot and cooking just the breading. They didnt throw my chicken away for me, and only gave me a small 4-piece chicken nugget as an apology. I couldn't eat any of my meal.
