Red Lobster - Staunton

I took my wife for my birthday. We often use Red Lobster 5 to 6 times a year, now it's just a few times a year. Like anything else, prices have increased by 15 to 20 percent. Our waiter gave us amazing service, the best we had in a while. Food preparation was good, indicates the 4 stars.

We decided on Wednesday after work to have a meal in Red Lobster at the Staunton VA site. We were incredibly happy that we!!!! From the employee who kept us on our table and asked if this was a evening for our WONDERFUL waiter, Preston. He treated us like his only table. He ensured that our food was perfect and was always close to checking on us. The food was absolutely perfect... thanks for the cooks!!! It was a wonderful evening and the atmosphere was sooo relaxing. Thanks Red Lobster for a funny Wednesday in the city!!!?

It's always hit or miss. I had amazing celebrations here and also mediocre. Most of their waiting staff is sweet and pleasant, always tap them well. Last time we found two hairs in my food. The waitress saw me in the eyes when I held one and said, enjoy your food! I just treated it because I tried to enjoy the celebration. Management solved the problem

We waited twenty minutes before someone even took our drink order when our waiter finally showed up, he informed us that he was just saying that we were sitting at his table. I'll say that if he knew we were there, he gave excellent service. The food was bland and not good at all. We will definitely not return to this restaurant.

July 4th 2022 Went for supper with my wife. This time it was not so good. Salads came with the dressing already on the salad. Way too much dressing. I ordered the linguine Alfredo with shrimp. Not nearly enough Alfredo sauce and the linguine was very sticky and had a strange taste. The waiter said it looked dry and asked if I would like a little extra sauce and I said sure, maybe that would help. They had the nerve to charge me $2.79 for it!!! I sent it back with my full meal and didn't pay the bill. With the way things cost now days I want my food fixed correctly or back it goes! Not impressed at all on this visit.
