Mcdonald's - Staunton

I just went through the drive-thru and interacted with three different employees. All three were incredibly polite and friendly! I haven't been this impressed with customer service at a fast food restaurant in a long time!

I mainly enjoy McDonald's for breakfast, especially now that the bagel options have returned. I do think they're a bit overpriced for a fast food restaurant, but that seems to be the case everywhere. The drive-thru line moves quickly and the staff is efficient.

I can confidently say that I have never had an issue with my order here, nor have I ever received cold food or items that appeared to have been sitting out all day.

Wing to this McDonald's for a road trip. Unit closed for indoor kitchen. We used the kiosk to order coffee and a snack. This crew is cold. Impressed.

Not a bad McDonalds location. It was recently renovated and feels new and fresh. The staff is mostly friendly, but there are a lot of them. The food was pretty standard, but one individual in my party did have a minor problem. The sweet tea tasted good, which is always ideal. The place was reasonably clean as well. Overall, I’m not disappointed or impressed
