Clocktower Eats Sweets - Staunton

The Chicken Po Boy was absolutely fantastic! The bread was soft, and the ratio of meat, sauce, lettuce, and tomato was just right. The chicken is chopped, which makes it a bit messy as it keeps falling out of the bun. The Jamaican jerk seasoned wings were also delicious! I rated it 4 stars primarily due to the pricing; at $35, it felt a bit expensive. I appreciate that they are a small business and need to cover their overhead, which is why I prefer them over chain restaurants, even if the prices are higher.

After waiting two hours for my food, my burger ended up being undercooked. I’ve had problems with my orders in the past, but I decided to give this place another chance. I won't be returning again.

I ordered the Rachel sandwich along with a side of sweet potato fries, but unfortunately, both the fries and the bread were burnt. The meal was nearly inedible, and considering the price, I expected better quality!

Twice I have tried to order from this restaurant. The first time I waited until my delivery driver got to the store before finding out they werent even open. Second time, after an hour they told my driver they were refusing to fulfill my order, even though I had paid and been waiting an hour. They said they were understaffed, which I understand by why accept the order in the first place? I would highly recommend that you order delivery from another restaurant. Oh yeah, and they hold onto your money for a week before releasing it back to you. So good luck if thats all the money you had to buy takeout.

Their bakery is incredible!! The cheese cake, and cannoli ,Eclair, were all perfect. I definitely recommend these desserts.
