Subway - Statesville

I pulled into the parking spot directly in front of the store at 8:50. The OPEN sign sign still on as they close at 8pm. As I am getting out of my car a guy comes up to the door and makes eye contact with me and points to the lock on the door, then proceeds to lock the door and then turns off the OPEN sign.!!!! After working 12 hours all I wanted was a semi healthy meal. Very disappointed in the audacity of the business to turn away a customer when it is not even time to close. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER come back here.

Walked up to the door at 6:03 on a Thursday... Sign said open, lights were on. I was greeted at the door by an employee and asked if I had an online order. I replied no and was informed they were closed. At 6pm? Yes, sorry closed the door and locked it. Rather odd they were taking online orders but not allowing people to come in.

Prefer this Subway over all others in town. Use to visit Broad St. location until orders were consistently wrong and manager there made no effort to correct.

Ordered from this location tonight. my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. We are both sick as hell right now and were completely fine before eating here.

Did a mobile order and requested extra spinach. I’m sorry that they think 5 spinach leaves is extra. They got upset when I asked for more. Had also ordered cookies but despite 5 in the cookie keeper got told they were out of that flavor.
