Great food like always. Prices were steep. Service was wonderful. Sat and caught up with a family member for over an hour and was never rushed out nor forgotten about being waited on.

As for the food, we ordered a variety, including BBQ trays, burgers, and stew. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were fantastic. Just be sure to save room for the banana pudding—it's absolutely delicious! The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, earning another five-star rating from us. One thing to note for first-time visitors, like us: they only accept cash or checks. We had to pool our money to pay, but now we know for next time. Don't let the cash-only policy deter you from dining here; it's definitely worth a trip to the ATM. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing great reviews, and I couldn't wait to try it out. They offer seating with waitstaff, counter orders for takeout, and a drive-thru option. I chose to sit at a table, and the waitress was prompt and friendly. I ordered unsweetened iced tea, a chopped pork sandwich topped with slaw, fries, and a couple of hush puppies. The fries were a bit cold, but there were several sauces available on the table to choose from—sweet and smoky or vinegar-based. Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich very much.

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered and were seated right away. The waitress was friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome. The food was amazing and came in generous portions—definitely worth the money. Everyone was friendly, especially towards our grandson.

My husband really enjoyed the vinegar pepper sauce. The BBQ was flavorful enough to stand on its own, no sauce needed. The hush puppies were excellent, but the French fries were overcooked and left my mouth feeling dry. Despite that, I will definitely be back—just skip the fries next time!
