American Deli - Statesville

I absolutely love their food, but unfortunately, they seem to struggle with managing the restaurant. They often close when they should be open, close earlier than their posted hours, and frequently don’t answer phone calls an hour before closing. I really wish they would sell the place to someone who knows how to run it properly and adhere to a schedule. The current owner doesn’t seem to deserve it.

I'm honestly surprised this restaurant is still in business. The food is good, but it’s rarely open and no one ever answers the phone. It’s truly astounding that they manage to keep going.

Anti-American deli - what a joke! The ordering and waiting area is tiny, measuring only 4 feet by 4 feet, supposedly due to COVID-19 precautions. Meanwhile, the staff prepares your food without proper mask coverage. The owner seems more interested in their own comfort than the well-being of customers crammed into that small space. Although I'm not overly concerned about COVID, I found the experience frustrating. The food itself isn't terrible, but it's definitely overpriced for what you receive.

Terrible service stood inline for 30 minutes and was told that they had ran out of wings. If I could, I would give them a zero.

Food is average but way overpriced ! $15 for a six in steak cheese sub! $55 for 2 subs and 2 small fries through doordash !! No more
