Contribuiți la feedbackOn Friday evening with the family. the restaurant was nowhere near, but the service was super slow. the chips served before the meal were delicious. I ordered the tofu avocado roll, spring rolls, seaweed salat and economical reel. the spring rolls were so good, especially the dizzying sauce that came with her! the soultangsalat was great and a great part. next time I would add tofu. the spargel roller came with fried spargel although this was not cleared on the menu. When I sent him back, the waiter was very friendly and understanding and gave me no problems. the new roll with damped spade was delicious. the tofu and avocado roll was very rich and creamy, but ultimately not my favorite, even with soy sauce. it was avocado and thin slices of fried tofu rolled in the sushi rice. interesting and rewarding to try when that sounds good for them. I thought it was really cool that they made shirataki nudels available. I would have liked to see more vegan options, maybe a vegan smoker dish?
We love dining at Soyumi, whether it's for dining in or takeout. The staff is friendly and well-informed about vegan options. They offer a separate vegetable sushi menu, featuring tofu skin and Tempura asparagus and sweet potato rolls. Additionally, they serve a delicious tofu and vegetable curry over rice, topped with plenty of tofu and fresh veggies. Other tasty vegan choices include edamame and seaweed salad (which can be made vegan upon request).
The asparagus roll I ordered came with fried asparagus, even though it was not specified on the menu. When I sent it back, the waiter was very understanding and gave me no problems. The new roll with steamed asparagus was delicious. The tofu and avocado roll was rich and creamy, but not to my preference, even with soy sauce. It consisted of avocado and thinly sliced fried tofu rolled up in sushi rice. It is worth trying if that combination sounds good to you. I also appreciated that they had shirataki noodles available. I would have liked to see more vegan options on the menu, perhaps a vegan ramen dish.
I went to the restaurant on Friday night with my family. The restaurant was quite far, but the service was very slow. The chips they served before the meal were delicious. I ordered the Tofu Avocado roll, spring rolls, seaweed salad, and asparagus roll. The spring rolls were amazing, especially with the delicious dipping sauce that came with them. The salad was great and a generous portion. Next time, I would add tofu to it. The asparagus roll came with fried asparagus, which was not mentioned on the menu. When I sent it back, the waiter was friendly and understanding, and quickly replaced it with a new roll with steamed asparagus which was delicious. The tofu and avocado roll was very rich and creamy, but it was not my favorite, even with soy sauce. It consisted of avocado and thinly sliced fried tofu rolled in sushi rice. It's an interesting dish worth trying if it sounds appealing to you. I also liked that they offered shirataki noodles. I would love to see more vegan options on the menu, maybe a vegan ramen dish would be a nice addition.
