This place is good, what the devil happened to you? How is that a package? everything falls off this pack. we also waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 people before us. never again at this place would have known from the 3.8 stars for google reviews.

This is the most dedicated staff I have ever encountered. Not only did they surpass my expectations with my order, but they did so quickly, despite the late hour that I placed it. I highly recommend visiting this Jimmy John's as I have never been disappointed. If I could give more stars, I would.

On another occasion, I placed a delivery order around 11 p.m. assuming they were open until 2 a.m. However, I received a call 30 minutes later telling me they were closed at 11 p.m. It seems like this place needs to update their hours because it feels like they just close whenever they feel like it. This inconsistency makes me hesitant to even bother driving over or ordering delivery from them.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor! I ordered a turkey sub and it had no meat on it. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it would cancel the transaction and debit my card again. I then asked for a different sandwich and was told that it wasn't possible due to "protocol." This was a terrible experience at a sub shop! I will definitely not be returning.

Not fast at all. Drivers are either incompetent or lazy. We waited almost an hour for an order that was dropped off and never noticed. The app didn’t give us a confirmation or notification of any kind. The driver did not knock. Only after I called to complain did a push notification go out saying our order had been delivered. This is twice now that we’ve ordered and waited almost an hour for a deliver that is less than a quarter mile away from the store. Management needs to do something about this service problem, it has happened to us more than once.
