Convenience of location but not as many product choices as I’d like

They now advertise in the sunday paper because another store opened up right across the street opposite them. we went there because they had 5 pounds of potatoes on sale for 99 cents each. not only did they charge me a dollar and not .99 cents but i had to take the potatoes back as they all were rotted. if you advertise something and the price is $2.99, $1.99 or .99 don't round it off to the nearest dollar because then you insult the customer. no, we don't need the penny but you hurt your business by not giving the penny as change. there is no way we would ever shop there again. rotted potatoes and no change makes for a lousy business
