Town Square Deli - Staten Island

I've been here for years, and this place is terrible, since Christ and Joe have sold. waited for over 30 minutes for an breakfast sandwich for it not only to be cold, but not what I ordered. they have nothing to offer than coffee. the new young do not know how to do anything on register and depend on the morning girls. they clearly don't know what they're doing. it's sad. I'm not coming back.

Since the new owners took over, everything has gone downhill. The milk at the coffee station isn't kept cold anymore, and there's a long wait for just one sandwich. The new management seems indifferent, and the overall atmosphere has shifted. The morning waitress, who used to brighten my day with her exceptional customer service, no longer smiles. I wouldn’t blame her if she decided to leave.

This is a fantastic restaurant! I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The pasta salad was especially delicious. Enjoy your time here!
