Starbucks - Staten Island

I've been visiting this place daily, but they never seem to get my order right. I always request the vanilla bean caramel drizzle, which is supposed to be a swirl of caramel around the cup, but they can't seem to get it correct. They've lost my business now, as this will be the last time I order from here!

The staff at this location were rude and told me to be quiet, even though I wasn't being loud. After that, they proceeded to talk about me in front of people I know who are also customers. They clearly don't know how to handle situations properly. While my drinks are fine, I much prefer the Victory Starbucks or even the one in the mall, where the staff is friendly and the service is consistent. This location is spacious, which is a plus, but it's being undermined by the unprofessional behavior of the workers, creating a negative atmosphere. I don't like supporting this location, but sometimes I just need a cup of coffee.

I feel deceived. I ordered a grande cappuccino, but what I received was a grande cup filled with just a quarter of coffee and the rest foam. The banana bread tasted stale, and they don’t have an oven. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place.

I'm not a coffee person, but I love the hot chocolate/blended chocolate milk, and the smoothies are fantastic

I Love going to this Starbucks inside the Stop Shop on my way to work. Hardly anyone online. Service is quick and friendly staff.
