Dunkin' - Staten Island

Absolutely terrible! I've been here twice in two weeks and both times the coffee tasted like dirty dish water. Neither time did they get my coffee to my liking and I wound up just throwing it away.

Came at 10pm said closed at 11. The Indian dude inside looked at me and didn’t open the door. Cmon run ur business properly ? 06/07/23

Just came back from this Dunkin...they did not give me my full order. They have a tendency of putting things in two bags then not telling the customer to wait for the second bag. Their phone number is disconnected. I called Big Ed's Deli there (very good food) to try to get a real phone number but they again gave out this false number again. I know have to go through my credit card and dispute the whole order!!! Learn how to properly communicate with your customers. Horrible service.

I usually don't leave reviews but this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been too. I only use the drive thru and the man that is on the speaker is absolutely rude and doesn't have Any type of costomer service. It's always a screw up with my order because he is so busy having side conversations. If I ask for a medium coffee light and sweet why is with no sugar at all??? I gave one star because the young ladies at the drive to pick up are pleasant but he has to go and pay attention. I will never go back there again. I tried numerous times but it's not worth the headache.

Night shift worker Russia gives amazing service to this business, she's probably the nicest person in there… Everyone else has an attitude for no reason
