Dunkin' - Staten Island

I came from Queens and stopped here to get breakfast. The manager, Sonia, was very disrespectful. I asked to use the bathroom because I am pregnant and had been driving for a long time. When I asked her and told her I was pregnant, she walked away from the register and never came back. I am very disappointed. They need to improve their management.

Very bad coffee!! It?s definitely reused. The coffee tastes old and watered down! Every time I get coffee from them it tastes the same! This is the last time I?m going there!

I used to enjoy this restaurant but the quality has declined recently. I have been here several times in the past few months and had to ask for my coffee to be remade because it was overly bitter. I have been ordering the same ingredients for a long time and was met with a slight attitude when I requested it be fixed. I think I will stick to my usual restaurant from now on.

Not the warmest atmosphere; quite bleak and drab. However, you can?t go wrong with the drinks and the staff were very accommodating when I informed them of an error in my order. Wouldn?t go out of my way to come here, nor would I go out of my wayto avoid.

I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location. It is quite small and the staff is friendly. The quality of the Dunkin' coffee can vary from day to day, but overall, it is still delicious.
