Dunkin' - Staten Island

Coffee was good and was done before i paid for my order. Food service was very sloooooooow, 20 minutes for an egg and cheese wrap smh. 4 employees behind the counter 1 person on line in front of me.

I?m not sure what?s happening to this place. The folks behind the counter were more interested in the rap music they were playing in the dining area than providing service. I clearly asked for one doughnut and an iced coffee with almond milk andsimple syrup. What I got was two donuts with an iced coffee with milk and no sugar. I questioned why my bill was eight dollars,they charged me for the extra donut, I didn?t want it but apparently the person didn?t want to call the manager so they simplytook the money owed to me out of the tip jar, whatever. Excellent work ethic there. They are clearly distracted and notprofessional, I?m not sure if it?s because we just can?t get people to work and hiring anybody off the street at this point, butif you mess up customer service enough times, people will go elsewhere. So it?s an obvious trend looking at some more of the badreviews for this location.

The team there was fast and knew what they did-- thanks for all them hard work. I put my order in the register and it wasn't long waiting.

Crazy busy, very nice staff, but overwhelmed with orders from online and customers in the line. but nice people. should have to wait 12 min for a proper coffee.

I don’t understand about this Dunkin’ Donuts on this This location to cough is getting hot coffees getting icy cold in the food is getting undercooked. Shame on you
