Dunkin' - Staten Island

The drive thru is terrible. Girl says she?s alone but let?s face it, it?s not rocket science. Shouldn?t take a 1/2 to get a coffee. Ridiculous

Tables needed cleaning but I managed to enjoy my ice cream cone anyway. The young server didn't know if they served soft serve ice cream?! Had to show him a picture of what it looks like; seems he didn't know what I was asking for. It was such a hot daythat my ice melted quickly and became soft serve fast! All's well that ends well. Yummy Jamaican almond fudge ice cream.

I order here every morning because I live near it. Every experience is different I swear to god. The drinks are either good one day and then the next it taste water down and bitter. The food is always cold when they hand it to me it?s pre made. At leastmake it hot you know lol. Going to the other location from now on.

Every time I come because of a cappuccino radiation lately, which they don't have, and the personal is evil as they just want them to get something else. it is really unprofessional and annoying. I was told that the truck is coming on Tuesday and that they would have cappuccino rays. I'm on a weber now and they don't have anything yet, but they have a attitude!
