Citi Bagel Deli - Staten Island

I wanted to make this place my go-to for deli sandwiches through a delivery app, but about two months ago, I ordered from Citi Bagels and when it arrived, the food had a terrible smell. I was informed that the cold cuts were spoiled. Today, after a couple of months, I decided to give them another chance, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the hero bread used for my sandwich was inedible because it was extremely stale. I can barely even bite into it.

They should really consider offering a meat option for their sandwiches. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich with meat, but unfortunately, there was no meat included.

The service was quick, and the portions for both lunch and breakfast were generous.

I recently visited Citi Bagel in Staten Island and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, whether it was morning or evening. They were wearing masks while preparing food, which made me feel at ease about my meal. I don’t agree with those who say the staff doesn’t wear masks when serving food. I urge everyone to continue supporting Citi Bagel; it’s a wonderful local establishment. Thank you!

This is the best bagel place in town! Eddie runs everything smoothly, and the staff remembers my orders without fail. They always welcome you with a smile.
