I love this place! I came in to buy an sundae, and the employees were so efficient and respectful. There?s also so many styles of cakes. Would definitely recommend!

Always stop here on our way to visit family especially for birthday cakes but this time was dissapointed in both the size of the square $25.99 cake and its design. 1st the cake looked like it was shorter and missing a layer but the worst part was the blue DYE in the decoration. It was so dark it got on everyone's fingers, mouths and hands and wouldn't come off! The design wasn't as nice either. Please look into other less messy alternative dyes so people are not subjected

I came in for a treat. I was offering a tip to the employee and was told that ?they don?t receive it so don?t bother?. Wonder who is managing this place. Doesn?t sound right to me.

Don?t waste your time, manager incredibly selfish. Treats both customers and employees terribly. Take the extra couple minutes to go elsewhere, trust me on this one.

I?ve always liked Carvel since I was a kid. Haven?t had it in ages, so it was a treat for me to indulge. My favorite is the soft serve ice cream, and for birthdays who doesn?t love a Fudgie the Whale Cake. Chocolate crunchies are the best! I like this particular store. The ice cream was fresh tasted great. Service was friendly.
