I am very happy with this apfelbees location! the staff there is the best notch. I had the pleasure, caitlin t as my server this day. She was so thoughtful and extremely bubbly! I had a hard day, so I told her a little bit about my story (servers are how therapists are right? anyway, when I pour out my heart over my son vater (you can see where this story was overwritten they suggested, which meal would be best! She let me forget about my terrible day a sad person rant! she was so on earth, a real life. an apple-bees fish if you want. I will go there all the time, we need more people like caitlin in the world! I then also had the pleasure of interacting with the general manager megan sanchez, who was without doubt extremely helpful to help me get directions to my next goal (I was not a staten island long lived. megan was busy as there must have been an eating, but I must say she did everything with speed! I wish I could give this position 10 stars! I will definitely visit again and soon.

New location is better than the previous. stops and orders all 1/2 price apps and a few adult drinks. no worse place to hang out.

The atmosphere was great. customer service at the point. our server king was great and eating was frisssbar. service was great.

Had a really good experience. the new location looks modern and great. we sat at the bar, our server/bar channel shannon was really cool, and take care of us well. the drinks she made were great, and I thought the food we got was very good. the place feels very open and clean and spacious. also has a beautiful outside area. very happy with what we experienced this day. The quality of the food was good, food came in a timely manner, and was hot but the service was sub par. Our empty plates were sitting there for over 20 mins, we had to ask for dessert, then the check. I would have liked our server to be a little more attentive
